December 2nd, Weighin in on the Holidays

Ok,
How did everyone's Holiday go? Did you keep it skinny or eat 5 pieces of pie like I did? I started last week at 161 and I am starting this week at 163. Minor setback; but I think that pie is worth it.

Sexy by Christmas update. I've missed a few days here or there but overall am very pleased with how things are going. The planks are killing me, but I can really feel the improvement. I am actually surprised each day that I can do more than the day before. And if you wanted to do it and haven't started yet it's a 38 day challenge that takes about 5 1/2 weeks. So just ignore the days that are written on there and do it now. You'll be done a week after New Years. What better way to start 2014 than with a healthy and strong boost?

That is so great! It isn't about the calories it's about being healthy! And working out is hard to do! Keep it up!
